Front desk reception is lacking but my psychologist is a good match for me.
It can hard to bring yourself to look for help. I was luckily referred here by a work associate who has had a positive experience with therapists here. I was a little apprehensive at first but they’ve made it worthwhile for me. It’s a calm and quiet place - which I totally expected. The therapist I’ve been working with for the past few months has never rushed me and always made me feel welcome - whether it be for appointment scheduling or just what I’m actually delving into.
