It's creepy
A poorly run place filled with drugs, hookers, and criminals. I visited a friend there a couple of years ago, and was robbed in the building. Nobody should be forced to live there. It needs to be torn down. My friend wised up and left. Never go to skid row. It's a vision of hell in earth.
