Unfortunately my experience with this company wasn’t good. At first Gonzalo was nice but when we started having issues with installation and craftsmanship he didn’t return my call to discuss. When he finally did answer it was just to say that he knew about my concerns and that he was making the repairs… the 2nd attempt the stair rails had obvious signs of poor quality. In July 2024 our business paid Gonzalo the requested deposit to begin work on building a staircase to the 2nd floor of our commercial property. It is now October 2025 and Gonzalo has disappeared while no work has been done. PLEASE STAY AWAY unless you want your money stolen!!
Gonzalo was great will use him again in other projects
