I had an extremely positive experience with Matheson handling my warranty work on my ESAB welder. From the initial phone call to when I picked up my welder everyone I talked with was very polite, friendly and professional. Jim did a great job handling the warranty with ESAB and ESAB was amazing at standing by their product. I work longer days and live an hour north so getting there is not easy. I have been a customer for at least 10 years. Today’s visit was by far my best experience. Zack Dewing assisted me by explaining the welding gas options, tank sizes, and pricing. The service he provided was quick, knowledgeable, and friendly. Looking forward to going back and would highly recommend this location.
