RecommendedErika and her staff care about you and make you feel like you are more than just renting a place in a new city. The welcoming experience of friendly people make the transitioning less burdensome. We were given a fully documented video at our move in, and kept the place well cared for. I would make a note to anyone not familiar with Reno, the irrigations do freeze and need to be winterized. Renting from Welcome Home was the best rental experience, and would recommend.

Welcome Home is a company that you can trust, and that says a lot in today’s business world. Erika and her team, make you feel like you are the one owning the Tesla, and they are the autopilot. Had the opportunity to interact with Erika at an industry conference and she is a leader raising the bar in our industry.
This is the worst company ever! They are a bunch of crooks. We payed double deposit to rent a home 5000.Lived there two years. Give us one month notice to move. Take our full deposit and tried to charge us another 3500 dollars more. So the owners can sell the house in perfect conditions and make money. This company will ruin your credit.
They take extremely good care of the homes they manage!
Forget about the Silver in Nevada, there is Gold in Nevada and it’s at Welcome Home. I want to say thank you to Welcome Home and all of the friendly staff there. The past two years that I have rented from Welcome Home I have had all positive experiences. Even when something needed attention, I have always gotten it resolved in a timely manner. Even my deposit was returned mostly, I did hang a few things up, and mounted my T.V. but that was expected.
