I read these other negative reviews and find them laughable. I have lived in Moscow for over 6 years and I have rented from multiple Property management companies in the Moscow area. I can tell you these people writing negative things must be the people who do not follow the terms of the lease and who probably are disgruntled because they left their place trashed when they moved out. Saved money – Very helpfull staff! Due to a job in a different area, my family and I had to get out of our lease. Linda, and the crew found a person to take over our lease, and was very helpful. Thanks to WHPM we were able to save alot of money, and get our deposit back. I would rent from them again without question!
