I rarely leave reviews, but I want to inform other parents. I am giving 3 stars because the doctor was fairly nice to my son, however the rest of the staff clearly doesn’t care for children even though we were referred here by his pediatrician. The first staff member would barely acknowledge my son when he spoke to her and the second staff member that came in with the doctor was a whole other issue. She had her volume on her phone all the way up and was sending text messages and receiving notifications his entire appointment... read more
Had cateract surgury with Dr Jang in Brush. My experience was great. All my appointments were done in a timely and professional manner. Dr Jang and his staff helped me feel comfortable through the process from start to finish. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Dr Jang.
Worst Dr office experience I have ever had!! Charged me an incredible high amount after telling me it would be covered and it wasn’t. They were extremely unhelpful when I called in for an explanation! They don’t know what they are talking about when it comes to Ins coverage.
