I guess nobody really likes going to the dentist. But Dr. Kaplan and her staff make it about as pleasant as it can possibly be. Today I went in for a filling and it was a slightly complicated procedure since Dr. Kaplan had to tunnel through an old filling to reach the cavity. Jamie, her assistant, is so sweet and she and Dr. Kaplan always seem to remember things about me that sort of surprise me since I don't see them very often. Hi Stephanie. This is Jim Hankin. Everything was fine. I appreciated you coming out to discuss with me Jack's options for orthodontics etc. Jack was happy also with his visit. If there is anything I would say that would even be the slightest bit negative, I would say that I felt a little funny when I arrived as we were in the waiting room for literally ten minutes after we arrived and we weren't acknowledged at all which is no big deal except that I didn't know that you knew we were even there. I cant wait to go back.... Dr Kaplan is the best dentist in Cincinnati. She is so aware that certain procedures may be a little uneasy for a patient....she has a gentle way of making you feel easy. I did not go to the dentist for over 8 years and then I heard about Dr Kaplan....now I go every 6 month.....they put me on a dental routine and now I can say I don't mind my check ups because everything is always just fine. If there are 2 words to describe Dr Kaplan I would say Professional and truly Nice.....they care
