The thoroughness of our bi-annual prophylaxis We appreciate the professional attention we received by the dental hygienist from the time of our scheduled appointment, through the cleaning process and the examination of each tooth for necessary treatment. My wife had X-rays showing a tooth needing treatment; an appointment was scheduled for follow-up. It was found that plaque was building up on my teeth. It was great! I always have been frightened by my pass dental experiences before coming to Dr. Kaplan. Today's visit, like many before, was delightful. How many people can say that about going to the dentist? Leslie and Jamye made my experience very quick and fun. I got to visit, had a little "girl chat" and got my teeth cleaned all at the same time. Very professional, but easy and down to earth. I really feel that I'm not only "just a patient", but a friend.
