Dr. Weis has been my optometrist for over 10 years now. He is very professional and polite. His exams are very through and he always addresses all my concerns. He is very caring. I have recommended Dr. Weis to family and would not hesitate to do so again.
Before arriving, HR at my place of work warned that nothing would be covered. Regardless of this information, Milwaukee Eye Care insisting on trying. Good on them! The technician and Doctor Weis were both very professional and when my sample prescription was on my eyes I could see clearer than I had in a long time.
I had cataract surgery which was a positive experience. I wanted multifocal lenses and paid for them. I thought the cost could have been more transparent. Since there are more than one type of multifocal lenses, I thought the choices should have been covered before the surgery, not after. I understand why the current decision was made, however it leaves me in a quandary as I still need glasses after I paid for the multifocal lenses.
