All of the staffs warm and welcoming. My technician(so sorry I forgot her name) was so kind and professional, informing Dr. Weis of her concern. Dr. Weis was, as usual truly interested in my eye health. He took time with me and answered any questions I had. I cannot rate him and the entire staff high enough!
Knowledge, professionalism. He listened, took my questions seriously and responded with explanations I could understand.
I was treated respectfully and professionally by all the staff. I was listened to and provided appropriate information.
Dr. Weiss was very professional and kind while taking care of the stye in my eye. It was a bit more difficult than ones I have had in the past, and he made sure I was comfortable as it was extracted. Afterward, he made an effort to be sure all my questions were answered before I left the office.
Dr. Weis took time to listen to any question and discussed things thoroughly. He explained the impacts of any decisions well. I felt the exam was thorough and supportive to my long term eye care.
This is an annual eye check mostly for my diabetes but it is an opportunity to discuss any changes and what I should be aware of, I appreciate that DR. Weiss spends enough time to go over changes and shows me on the screen what he sees. I’m not sure I get everything other than there is a change to my good eye,?not great news but not a major decision today., yes my diabetes is on course and holding.
