I expected a professional radiologist as I was referred to her by another professional. Even tho I brought in my previous tests results and signed for them to be retrieved from another office, they did not compare my results to the previous test results but instead picked a prior year's test results. I had to call several times, fax the concerns over when calls were not returned and call again to finally get a meeting with her to get the results corrected. I will not return. Also front office staff not very friendly either.
I love Dr. Arlene. She is great. Staff are very courteous and they make sure you are comfortable. Techs are kind and caring and very good at what they do. I have been coming here for 18 years. Highly recommend
