VW Morgantown gets 5 stars from me. Compared to other VW dealerships in the tri-state area, they excel on all fronts. No-pressure purchasing, friendly service, helpful and knowledgeable staff. From sales to repair, I couldn't have been more pleased. They are very accommodating and they are straight-forward and honest. Being a woman going solo to a car dealership I was so comfortable and they explained my final statement to a tee. Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! Don't walk, run!

I feel compelled to write a review because my experience was awesome even though I didn't end up buying from them. I am 380 miles away but I was looking for something specific and they appeared to have it. I contacted them for pricing and got a straight answer without getting the usual run around. I had additional questions and Ray and Noble answered them promptly and honestly, even though I'm sure they knew their answers would likely cost them the sale.
