I had by far the best vehicle shopping experience at Volkswagen Morgantown! Everybody was incredibly friendly and helpful and made the process smooth and quick. Special thanks to our salesman Ray for getting me into an amazing vehicle and treating my family so wonderfully!
Definitely 0 star. Worst service in the state. Left a car there to fix been a month and they couldn't find the problem, asked us to wait for another week or so. We should read reviews before we leave our car here. Please avoid this shop

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I wish I could give ZERO stars! I waa told my car would be ready in "Up to a Week: as of today it's been a MONTH.The service manager Brendan was no help, gave me a phone number to a Used car dealership saying I could call them. They had no idea why he would do that. PLEASE DO NOT GET YOUR CARS SERVICED AT THIS LOCATION!!! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.
