My daughter rented a property from Weimer Properties and Natalie for two years - 2023 and 2024 school years at TCU. They are very professional, organized and responsive! We have had zero issues and the property she rented was close to campus, well maintained and was in good order when she moved in. Move out was equally organized and we used their preferred cleaning person to give the unit a final clean which all went well. We would highly recommend using Natalie and any of their properties for your TCU student!
Nicest student housing in the TCU area! They have a variety of options and all are well designed and well maintained. Owners are TCU grads and are very responsive to maintenance requests- they live locally and have been renting to TCU students for more than 20 years! They also have a lot of how to’s on their website that help the kids learn some basic do’s and don’ts of renting- like what can and can’t go down a disposal! All in all a good off campus option!
Weimer Properties homes are located close to TCU campus, so it's easy for students to just walk to class. Their homes are in great condition and if there is an issue, they respond really quickly. For parents of young adults out on their own for the first time, renting from Weimer Properties gives peace of mind.
