My daughter and 4 friends have been tenants for the past 2 years (without a single issue on their end) in one of their properties. I’m graduating in May, and the new tenants of my house—close friends of mine—are moving in 1 month after we leave. For years, the Weimers have allowed outgoing tenants to leave furniture behind for the incoming tenants. That policy has always made sense: it’s efficient, sustainable, and beneficial for both parties. My daughter has lived in a Weimer property for 2 years and is moving out next month. 2 years ago, she recommended the apartment to a friend who will be moving in to her room in June. I have many, but will give just one example as to why I am leaving a one star review: My daughter had a custom black out shade made and installed on the window in her room. Amazing. The owners were very friendly and made sure that any requests were taken care of in a very timely manner. Would 100% recommend.
My daughter rented a property from Weimer Properties and Natalie for two years - 2023 and 2024 school years at TCU. They are very professional, organized and responsive! We have had zero issues and the property she rented was close to campus, well maintained and was in good order when she moved in. Move out was equally organized and we used their preferred cleaning person to give the unit a final clean which all went well. We would highly recommend using Natalie and any of their properties for your TCU student!
