When we had our house built 1991 Weilhammer Plumbing was our builder’s choice for plumbing. That was 23 years ago and we still use Weilhammer to this day. We had Weilhammer install a new gas water heater about 10 years ago. This year we had them install a water softener system, a new water heater, 3 new toilets, and updated shower heads and controls. We had had a backup battery and new switch installed in January, 2013. This spring, the sump pump was not pumping water out of the sump pump area. Mark came out in a couple of hours and repaired it quickly with no charge. I am always pleased with his work.

I was dealing with a sump pump issue, that Mark was more than willing to help out with as well as give me free advice on how to proceed. His professionalism was great and I will call him in the future if i have plumbing needs.

Weilhammer came out to help with a plumbing problem and was $500 cheaper than the local competition. Their professional and friendly attitude can't be beat. Weilhammer prices and services are the best I've seen and their response time was Excellent! If you need any plumbing issues taken care of, you can't beat Weilhammer.

Wake up in the morning and come to find out there's water all over the floor. After a few tries trying to figure out what was up, we finally decided to call up a plumber. Excellent Advise I could not get the pilot to light on my water heater and called Weilhammer Plumbing who had installed the water heater several years earlier. Before incurring a service call and associated cost, Weilhammer Plumbing suggested I call the gas company because they were aware of a problem the gas company had the day before which caused a decrease in gas pressure. Have used them for several plumbing repairs, complete bathroom and tub install, new water heater, faucets, etc., and they definately surpass my expectations of any contractor! They are always on time, curteous, and get the jobs done very quickly, but only after making sure everything is in top condition, and customer is satisfied. These are fair, decent, honest people whom you can really trust. Highly recommended!!

You sold and installed a water heater about a year ago. It worked fine for that period of time but had a valve go bad and did not perform to your satisfaction. Rather than just install another valve, you insisted on replacing the whole heater to assure that I had a perfectly working unit.
