During this pandemic it has been difficult to go out safely and buy anything. I went back to Weikert as I had purchased my last car there. The salesman who I had been dealing with was available and was practicing safe distancing and wearing his mask. My wife and I purchased our 2019 F-350 dually in May of last year. We full-time RV pulling our 41' 5th wheel around the country, with relative ease I might add. As we were coming back into Florida from California our truck went into Limp Mode (Low power). We were able to get to another Ford dealership and found we needed a PCM (Power Control Module) which was on a National back order. They drove all the way to Tampa to change out my defective airbag. Friendly and professional. I’d highly recommend this place. Exceptional service.
Great service! Stranded with dead battery. They sent a technician jumped us drove to dealership and we were in and out within 15 minutes. Exceptional, superior service. Just had brake job and 4 new tires also. Weikert Ford gets 5 stars. They treat customers right.
