You will lose weight if you stick to it. Eating healthy and working out is my recommendation and why I left. The workshops are ok, it just depends on the people in and the people leading it. The times are ok too that are available. Some classes were more fun and outgoing than others. So if you do decide to do the program attend a couple classes at different times until you're satisfied with the instructor and the class attitude.
Great program. You can eat what you want and still lose weight
I have NEVER been treated so poorly by someone at a place where inclusion, networking and support was supposed to be at the top of their priorities! Brenda at this location treated me so terribly that I am going to be driving all the way across town instead of this Weight Watchers right by my house. It's worth the drive to me to feel that camaraderie with my teacher and fellow Weight Watcher attendees.
