I had the seal go bad on my weigh safe hitch the day before a camping trip. I live within an hour and a half drive so I called to see if the Weigh Safe team could help. The team helped me get my stuck bolt out and replaced all the parts under warranty. They truly saved the camping trip in a days notice. A shout out to the awesome team you guys rock.
