Well, I did a lot of research before purchasing my Weigh Safe distribution hitch and the research paid off. I've logged over 3,000 miles since install and this thing is magic! It is now a pleasure to tow my 28ft enclosed trailer regardless of crosswinds etc. The weight distribution system is amazing in how well it stabilizes the truck and trailer. As a newbie RV Owner I had some questions about setting up my hitch for the first time to tow my new RV from the dealer. I ended up calling product support and speaking with Becca twice today. She was very friendly, helpful and patient with my questions and I feel much more comfortable with being able to setup my middle weight hitch correctly (safely) when I next hit the road. What it's supposed to be
Been calling this company multiple times a day for 2 days. No department answers. Then after you wait on hold for 10 minutes it goes to voicemail which no one returns! I've had my hitch fail 3 times now. Is this company going out of business? Don't know.... can't get through to anyone.
This review is about the customer service I recieved. Though I am very happy with the product. I had purchased a ball hitch with the scale. The scale stopped working. These hitches aren’t exactly the thing you just throw away, as they aren’t just a cheap ball. I took it in hoping it could be repaired. They did not just give the typical “no, it’s out of warranty, sorry” speech.
