Weigh Safe offers great products. Their website is easy to use and order from. Weigh Safe customer service is outstanding! The reason I know this is because out of the 3 times I have ordered from them, twice my order was shipped to me incorrect. First time I was shorted two items and the other time I received a different item all together meant to go to another customer on the other side of the country. Delivery was fast and the products are excellent quality.
I have a true tow medium weight distribution hitch. It is a great hitch. Almost completely eliminated the sway. My scale did loose it's seal after 2 years. I sent them an email. They got back to me the next day with a RMA. I sent in the hitch and it was returned repaired in 4 days. Great service. Highly recommend them.
