In addition to a great buying experience, I love the new certainty of my tongue weight. However, I do have to confess that I am a bit of a nerd AND like to do things "right". Well, I did a lot of research before purchasing my Weigh Safe distribution hitch and the research paid off. I've logged over 3,000 miles since install and this thing is magic! It is now a pleasure to tow my 28ft enclosed trailer regardless of crosswinds etc. The weight distribution system is amazing in how well it stabilizes the truck and trailer. As a newbie RV Owner I had some questions about setting up my hitch for the first time to tow my new RV from the dealer. I ended up calling product support and speaking with Becca twice today.
