Had called for a start up check on my boiler. As the technician walked into the basement of my home he looked over and saw my boiler (which is older) and said without even looking in depth at it at all, that I would need a new one. I asked why, and was told that it is old. Which I am not denying, but I have had zero issues with it in the 10 years I have owned my home.
