They Lack of experience and poor negotiating skills from my realtor costed me to lose-19k. She didn’t advocate for me she didn’t help me to get me the most money out of my home first she estimated the house base on market value 2 weeks later she said the house was over market value and want to cut down the price 10k but when the appraisal came the house was at the right price cause me to lost 10k on top of the 5k closing cost and 4K bath repair for 19k lost that I had it paid at this point I was running out of time and was t... read more
