If nearly a year of maintenance requests and 6 service visits without fixing the liquid feces running down the wall and exploding out of your toilets is your expectation of customer service, well then Weichert Realtors Crown Properties is the place for you! Arrogant and rude property manager (Charles Wussick), makes every interaction into some silly power move. I’ve sued to terminate my lease early and for damages, but would highly recommend anyone avoid the hassle and steer clear of this business.
