Lee Anne Francis of Weichert - Blue Ribbon went above and beyond to close on my home. This is the second Home Lee Anne has helped me purchase. This was a very inexpensive home but you would have thought it was one of the higher end homes they way she made sure every detail was addressed. She truly treats all buyers and sellers as if they are purchasing their dream home.
Recently sold our home in Martinsburg, Barbara Knickerbocker from Blue Ribbon was our realtor. Barbara was with us 100% of the way from when we first decided to list until the day of closing. Her advice on updates and repairs prior to listing were key to a quick sale. In a market with a 67 day average, Barbara had a contract on our home under 30 days.
