Great support from Weichert Realtors. Tina Fan, the agent that assisted us was very open and prompt to take us through the house visitations. As being from a foreign country, her tips on what/where to look when buying a house were very helpful to support our decision.
Worked with Steve after trying other realtors. He ran all the comps and showed me what he thought the property would appraise at which it did almost exactly. He negotiated $2k off my deal after finding a water leak I was willing to assume and got me answers from the lender, city, and title company when things were stalling out. I definitely recommend him as an agent. 5 stars indeed!
We've utilized the services of Tina Fisher on more than one occasions last purchasing our beautiful home in 2019. Tina negotiated and sold our prior home and negotiated a great price for our new home. She is experienced, knowledgeable and trustworthy and we would definitely reach out to her again.
When my mom passed it was a difficult time. We needed to sell her condo and didn't know where to start. We called Steve Schumacher, and he explained the whole process to us in a way that we could understand. He showed us what all the other condos were selling for similar to my moms. Anytime we had questions, he always answered his phone no matter what time of the day it was. He helped make a difficult time much easier. I highly recommend Weichert Realtors BHM Preferred and I will be calling them again in the future !
