Tanner Milam did an excellent job advertising and marketing a home I was selling. To me, it looked like a possibly difficult and complicated project. I live 250 miles from the property. Loretta Bowling helped us immensely in finding a home for my daughter. In addition to finding us listings that matched our requirements, Loretta's professionalism, expertise, and honesty in highlighting the pros and cons of various properties and neighborhoods is much appreciated, She was always willing to answer our questions, showing us the good and the bad, and giving us information to make our decision without pushing us. When it comes time to sell our home she'll definitely be our listing agent.
Tobias Kight did an amazing job selling our house. His research into local pricing resulted in a much higher selling price than we expected. He also skillfully handled the photos, mailings, open house, and multiple offers while we were out of the country. He is also just great to work with - quick replies to our questions and clear explanations of each step in the process. I cannot recommend him highly enough!
