Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Absolutely! They were very entertaining! Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Kind of, but I they could have been more understanding Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled? No, I was given the information right after they finished my treatment

Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Maybe, I'm not sure if I loved them that much. Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left

The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.

Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They are an absolute expert in the field. Yes, they seemed very qualified How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Not the worst, but certainly not the best Does this provider always put the customer first? No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them
