They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I was in a little too much pain when I left my appointment. I feel like if they had been more careful I could've avoided being in that much pain. I was able to bear it, but it definitely wasn't enjoyable. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are extremely comfortable. I almost fell asleep waiting for the dentist- thats how relaxed I was. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time. I wasn't given any sort of payment plan or fee information before they went ahead and scheduled my treatment. Ended up having a few HUNDRED dollar bill from two cleanings. When asked to explain, they said it would be sent to collections if not paid. I had no idea how much I should expect to pay. They didn't give me any sort of financial information ... read more
