I have been going to Dr. Mi for a few years. She is brilliant and compassionate. Dr, Mi has helped me a lot through the ups and downs of brain injury and all the neurological problems that come with it. She even came to see me at the hospital when I was admitted after another incident where I passed out and fell. Like
This doctor and her nurses need much better bedside manner. The nurse giving me a NCS left me feeling traumatized and Dr. Mi made me uncomfortable the entire visit. This office needs to learn actual patient care and stop focusing on time limits as much because I didn't get care, I got tortured to get data, and they didn't care to alleviate it or make it less awful. They disregard patient discomfort and will make comments about your size.
My mom and I met Dr. Mi in the ED at Northridge Hospital about 2 years ago. We loved her when we met her. She is so nice and caring. We did not know what happened to my mother who passed out in the car and paramedics had to take her to the hospital. Dr. Mi is so professional and ALWAYS has time for her patients. We are lucky to see her. My dad just saw Dr. Mi yesterday for the first and was also really impressed with her. Dr. Mi has always provided my mom and now dad with wonderful care.
