Been a tenant for nearly 7 years now. Would not recommend this company for anything. Teri Cobb is about as non-helpful, unprofessional, unarticulated , and uneducated as anyone I have ever met. Every time and I mean every time we have contact with this woman who appears to be the face of their company it is an absolute nightmare. Today for instance we arrive at our facility and over the weekend the hot water heater water intake failed and water was going everywhere.
