This was the first time I had used Wegmans Pharmacy and I used it twice in one day. Once for my son and once for me. Both times the medication was ready in less than 30 minutes. I told them how pleased I was with their service while I so sick and the tech also gave me flowers. 10/10!
I am absolutely DISGUSTED 🤢 how this pharmacy operates. I refilled my prescription online and it said it would be ready by MAY 22nd! I then see that it was changed to MAY 23rd and it would not be ready until tomorrow evening!!! I have never asked them to refill my medication early but they have in prior months. If I had known they wouldn't fill it today 2 days ago I would have saved extra medication. I appalled and I put in 2 different complaints with NO response. I don't care if you work here or how great wegmans is, their pharmacy is flat out incompetent. They have not had one of my medications for 6 months now which means i am now using 2 pharmacies. They are late on fiilling my meds, never have them in stock and are always on backorder. Constantly switching manufacturers which does cause a fluctuation in strength. Switching pharmacies. Do better. Step it up.
