I love Wegmans! Been going there my whole life. But... I was not in the least impressed with this Wegmans. It was badly organized and the bakery department was plain bad. Little selection and not very fresh. Many empty or nearly empty sections at 10 in the morning. The customer service was begrudgingly given and not at all helpful.
customer service needs some Major work in customer service skills...when your signs state one thing and in fact are wrong you are supposed to make it right with the customer and then fix the signs to reflect what in fact is on sale....not throw attitude and expect us to know the exceptions to the sale when it clearly stated "ALL VARIETIES". I guess you need to pay for that remodel by misleading people on sales and charging full price . smh
This store is over the top. Every state should have Wegmans.
Amazing! Best store EVER! Hello from a couple Australians
