Your employees need to learn to KEEP THEIR HANDS OFF OTHER PEOPLES CHILDREN!!!! there is NO reason when a parent is with their child for an employee to EVER LAY their hands on that child!!! ZERO STARR RATING!
Very nice people and good food
We were heading home from vacation and spotted a wegmans. We are from Rochester NY so we knew we would get a great lunch there. Wide variety at a good price.
We love Wegmans. Transplants from MN and usually shop at Wilkes Barre. I called the Williams port store to get help to see if they had some beers we were looking for and heading that way. First customer service, transfer twice and they didn’t pick up and then transferred o grocery and the guy who took my call was ticked off because he had to walk across the whole store. On his way found the beer guy who also was put out. Man customer service really lacking today! Might go to State college store instead!!
They have a good variety however the manager in Williamsport, PA was very unprofessional as well as the café staff, McKenzie. The manager told me to Google to find information I was asking about. Very rude, I called the corporate staff hopefully the current manager and staff member are fired soon after incidence tonight or my friends, family and myself will never shop at wegmans again!!!
Our store has remodeled . the atmosphere is changed. I miss the old store still like products and shop there. But its changed a lot it just isn't customer friendly anymore. Kind of a cool feeling. Wasn't even decorated much at Christmas. Missed that
