TL;DR: Do not waste your money on WeeSleep / WeeWellness. My experience was riddled with technical failures, delayed communication, a lack of accountability, and appalling advice, including being told to leave my baby crying for over an hour without checking on him for naps, to turn off the monitor so I wouldn’t hear it, and that I should be “happy" he wasn’t vomiting from crying. I’m super happy with my experience at WeeSleep. We had the pleasure of working with Stephanie. To begin, my son was already sleeping well, but I had enabled a habit of nursing to sleep. This turned into having my son wake up at night for feeds, and long evening feed sessions. Now, my son can put himself back to sleep at night if he wakes up, and once we put himself down at night he stays down, without having to nurse to sleep. 1 star! Would give 0 if I could. Do NOT waste your money on WeeSleep. If you’re planning to use the cry-it-out method, skip the sales pitch and just Google it — it’ll be just as effective and free. Their “10-day money-back guarantee” is a complete joke. Once they have your payment, you’re on your own. I was told by their receptionist that she would personally “take a hit to her paycheque” and fight for my refund. That never happened. We cannot thank Alexa, our consultant enough, for getting us where we are today. I didn't think that this was possible but our little boy whose 10months old is finally sleeping through the night. Our son was waking up multiple times a night for the last 6 months and we were just exhausted. Alexa was knowledgeable, compassionate and supportive throughout our journey. She always answered our questions and gave us great tips. We really appreciate the help and highly recommend WeeSleep.
Caleigh was my assigned sleep consultant, she made the process very easy and was very supportive. Her expertise were so appreciated and she was always available for questions when needed. She was kind and made an intimidating process very easy. Thank you for your kindness and support Caleigh. Also wanted to point out intake was very helpful too and clarified my questions during the intake process.
