Lived here for over 2 years, never was late on any payments. They took my parking space away once converted to month-to-month and gave no care about trying to resolve the issue. They bang on the door like police officers. They took away my room fan during the summer and never installed it again (apparently, it wasn't fire code compliant). they never clean the complex and when they do, they make sure to blow all of the leaves and dirt onto your car.
