Terrible experience with closing of my house. The paralegal was unprofessional and lacks communication skills. Since I had the unpleasant luxury of dealing with them from a distance- emails were sent lacking crucial information, lacking responses to questions requiring responses to move forward, and when responses or information was sent- the paralegal had no response at all.
