In our time of grief there could not have been a more caring dedicated person to our needs then Natalie. She went out of her way to help ease our pain. She helped us through this difficult time. I just want to say that the people there were sympathetic of our needs. When we needed them they were there for my family. We knew our wishes and concerns were acknowledged and taken to heart. Very professional and will be remembered for years to come.

If I could give a negative number I most certainly would. The funeral director had no skills when dealing with our grieving family members and displayed no tact or control of her facility when a member of the party got irate and out of control. Our experience was cold, callous and unprofessional. As a result, we had a horrible experience and it resulted in an unpleasant memory when all we wanted was to mourn our loved one.
I think what stands out most about Weeks is their caring and professional directors. Every family they serve they give their hearts to because they understand the loss of a loved your one is not just business as usual.
