RecommendedWe especially liked the caring demonstrated by the staff throughout our experience. Particularly the absence of any “hard sell” tactics we have experienced in dealing with other mortuaries in previous situations. From start to finish Week’s’ Dryer personnel were competent and courteous.
I have lost 2 loved ones in the last year alone and have dealt with Weeks’ Dryer on both. Heather is whom took me in and helped me with all preparations of my loved ones. Very happy with our experience. We had lots of questions and many phone calls. Everyone was prompt and kind. The obituary was up very quickly. Then I noticed that I had forgotten something and had to submit the correction. The previous obituary was down and the new one up in less than 10 minutes. Very impressed.
Thank you so very much, from every cell in my body, for being so kind and thoughtful during the processing of my husband’s transition. You all feel like family now and you have provided me much comfort. There are not enough words to say how grateful I am to you for caring for him and I so generously through all of this. When you lose your parents, you hope you get to work with kind, caring, and empathetic people during those difficult times. Weeks' Dryer Mortuary and their staff were there each time for our family. weeks was very helpful. my mom passed away very fast. no time for her to find her paperwork. she just told me to call weeks and give them my name so I did. they found my moms file and made an appointment at my convenience. when I sat down with Rylee she showed me what my Mom had set up and what her wishes were. very easy from there. the night before my moms funeral I had a freak out minute and called at 900 at night and Rylee took time out of her evening and reasured me that everything was set. the next morning she meet me a... read more
