I just called an explained to the young lady who answered the phone, that I live right next door to the clinic, I’m extremely sick and can’t drive. I then asked her do they take Medi~Cal and she said no, I asked why? She said because they didn’t have to. And hung up in my face. NOW THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE‼️
I came in for a physical and TB test for school. I had a great experience at this urgent care center! The staff were exceptionally nice and efficient, ensuring that everything was handled promptly. They completed all the necessary paperwork for my physical by the deadline, which really took a weight off my shoulders. I highly recommend this place for anyone needing a physical for work or school. Their professionalism and dedication to patient care truly stand out!
Excellent service.... I walked in on a saturday met with the nurse practitioner who took very good care of me. They were very caring and professional and I would highly recommend.
