What more can I say about their services? Nothing they are top notch. I have the weekly mowing services and every time I see the yard I feel as if I have the yard of the month. We have also tried them for the other services they offer and again it was awesome. They make the yard work and the process of having it completed super easy, I use to have to call regarding when the yard services would be taken care of but since using Weed Xtinguishers all of that is in the past!

We are super happy with Emerald. We find the whole firm to be customer service orientated. From the owner right down to the guy mowing my yard, they are all all about giving good service. We use the monthly mow, bed and bush service as well as the mulching. Each time the teams do a great job, promptly and professionally. Our yard is the nicest looking property on the block. Have been using Emerald for about a year and a half now and they have done an outstanding job on my lawn. I had a bad problem with dallisgrass and they have completely corrected it. The Service Technician that treats my lawn is very knowledgeable and passionate about his job. He always takes time to give me an update on my lawn and give tips on how to improve it. Emerald also services other lawns in my neighborhood that are just beautiful. Highly recommend Emerald, they are just the best.
AVOID EMERALD LAWN CARE!!! Our ongoing concerns: 1) Repeated incomplete mowing - Inconvenient areas not mowed (repeatedly despite contact) 2) Refusal to adhere to stated company policy - They didn't return to complete the job when notified within 24 hours 3) No interest in delivering a reasonable service - We were told to wait until the next service to see if it got better - it never did. 4) Poor Customer Service attitude - The operations manager (Lidia) told me I was being rude when I merely politely held my ground in sayin... read more
