All the people with whom I've interacted at Weed Man, no matter what level, have been professional, helpful and knowledgeable. They have gone the extra mile to address my specific concerns, and have given me not only good service, but good advice as well. They are a fine team.

This is a five-star plus company. You will not go wrong hiring this company. They seeded our yard at a club after basement waterproofing. The secretary was very professional with a lot of information. The two installers were very professional and explained all my questions. They stand behind their work. We had two spots that did not come up but that was because trees were there where they didn't get proper rain or sun. They came back and resprayed those spots for us. Was a customer for 3 years until they charged me a service they never performed. When I asked them about this, I was basically called a liar and they would not refund my money. There was no way they did my back yard since I keep my back gate locked and no one appeared on my security camera video the day they said they were there, but hey, they know best. Can't believe that after 3 years of being a customer with a perfect payment history, they would just shrug their shoulders and say "Oh Well, thanks for the free $44!"
