In 2018 I signed up for a one year contract with Weed Man. I was not satisfied with the results and when the salesperson called, I told them I would not be continuing the service. I also replied to one of their emails saying I was not continuing the service. At the beginning of 2019 I see that they serviced my lawn. I call and tell them I have not agreed to a service contract. We certainly would not want to service a customer's property that had already cancelled service. We did receive a cancellation request on March 21st, 2019 at 4:21pm where we promptly cancelled future services. The outstanding balance on the account is from a service performed on March 20th, 2019 at 10:56am. Our lawn has never looked better. We switched from another company that was a total waste of our money. Now we have neighbors commenting on how good it looks and a neighbor has signed on with them as well.

I’m not opening my door after dark (7:30 to be exact) to a complete stranger, even if he has a Weed Man vest on. Why do you have people out after dark? Not these days!
