We hired Weedman this year with the expectation that they would get our weeds under control. We now have more weeds than ever. We would not recommend this company for anything!
Great Company, very honest. Always was very fair when I worked with them. They've been taking care of my lawn for three years now and the difference is amazing. Over the past few years weed man has been going down hill. I’ve tried to call for several days and finally reached a person today. My service was $46 for awhile now and it went up to $59 with no notice. My yard used to look great but not any longer. The front gets more sparse every season. Weed Man was sold to me that it would help fill in bare spots. I have lots a weeds and have had no service for at least a month.
I started weedman 2 years ago. The first year was great. This year absolutely terrible. They did not treat the north side of the property and weed were everywhere. I called the office to express my concerns and they said they would spray every 14 days. The last time they treated my yard was September 3rd and today is the 30th and weeds are still everywhere. I highly recommend not using their services. When I asked for a refund for the year I was denied.
This morning at 6:30am I was woke up by Weed Man Lawn Care cutting my neighbors grass!! Not very happy since I do work nights!!! Not just myself was pissed off!! A couple of my other neighbors were not happy!! There is a city ordinance to obey and you did not obey!!! NOT COOL !!
Fraud cancelled service 6 days before they supposedly came out and they are still trying to charge me. I’ve sent all the text I had with their rep showing I cancelled and he said he would take care of it. Very poor management! I’ve been laid off due to COVID for 14 months and these bloodsuckers are still trying to charge me $50. I’ve tried being nice and called them over 10 times. They don’t care. I get marketing phone calls trying to sell me their service years after I asked them to remove me from their list. I understand the door knock and am polite when I reject them. I once had the service and canceled because I was constantly getting upsell phone calls. So, today I open my email and find a pending bill for a service I never had, will never have again, and have asked to be removed from both their calling list as well as their email list.
