I would never do business with a company that sends rude sales reps AFTER DARK to my door!!!!
Very rude door to door salesman. Would not take "no" for an answer and then got mad when you said "no thanks" for the 4th and final time!
Sales rep came into our neighborhood to solicit around 7:30pm; dinner time. Sales rep was very aggressive and down right rude and disrespectful. If this is the type of people you all hire, I have no desire to do business with your company.

I was a satisfied customer until lately. No customer service since December from issue I've had with the seeding service in late October and the following fertilizer treatment the following month. Burnt grass due to over fertilizing and seeds in mulch. I have made numerous attempts to contact them with no response. I am updating my review. I just received a call from the general manager after posting. Will update further after I see results.
