Wee care used to great. It was easy to make , reachedule , cancel appointments . Now it absolutely impossible to get ahold of a person for appointments and the website only has option to make an appointment. What one should do if appointment cant be modified online!! I will be changing the pediatric service for my child. And I wont be paying for the “no show” since you wont take the call for on time cancellation of the appointment. The pic- was my third attempt to connect with someone in last week.

I brought my daughter for her 1 year annual checkup and found out they increased their prices to double. No communication has been made regarding this. I self-pay and this was so unprofessional. Not only that a week later O received a new bill saying I own them more money. So a 80 dollar bill will them Now turn to be 700+. Trying to reach someone from their billing department is impossible.
I have been coming here since it was Desert Pediatrics, then Wee Care, and now Zarminali Pediatrics. Unfortunately, the quality of care has been a complete letdown. One of my biggest concerns is the intake questionnaires. I find it unnecessary and inappropriate to ask questions about a baby’s preferred pronouns or sexual preference. They are infants and young children, and those questions seem irrelevant to their medical care. Very enthusiastic and helpful with my son. Got his 10 year well check and they treated him very well. Great experience at this office and will be returning.
