Broken red glass in the strawberry smoothie I called asked to speak to the manager they said no manager offered another smoothie I said no I am reporting their business the lady hung up on me.

We ordered food for a bunch of co workers at my job. They over charged us and gave us 2 less ideas. Food was soggy and very cold. When I called to find out what went wrong the manager Desiree was not very helpful. I was wrong they gave us everything, misplacing milkshakes is kind of hard.. I do not recommend, McDonald’s has better service.
This was my first time eating from this location and it was absolutely HORRIBLE!!! I placed a order for myself and several co-workers and the food and service was the worst I have experienced in Alaska. Cold soggy food, missing items, over charged, and when we called them about this the manager she was VERY RUDE and basically said she doesn't care. I will never eat from this establishment and encourage others to do the same to avoid a bad experience.
This place had the most disgusting burger I have ever eaten. Service was extremely slow. The burger had no flavor at all. I threw away 3/4 of it. The fries were mushy and not fresh at all. The milkshake was watery and gross. I would never recommend anyone go here to eat or waste their money.
we came through the drive through, waited 30 minutes, for a double cheeseburger no bun with chili cheese fries, and a double super burger with a small fry.. 30 minutes and we were the only ones there, our order came out we pulled away, I got a single burger patty on a plate and my chili cheese fries in a box, a small fry and no second burger, I swear everytime we go there the order is never right and the staff are rude period. good luck we are done
