I had a wonderful experience with the Wedgwood Group through a 4 year rental. Highly Recommended!
516 Grandview Ave is a luxury type property that the Wedgwood Group manages like slum lords. Black mold and water damage galore. Stay away from these landlords. They are willing to lie in court to screw over former tenants who always paid their rent on time.
Despite a court order from, representatives of the Wedgewood Group have not returned my security deposit from February 2019.
