Great Expierence EVERY TIME! – Every time I walk into wedding day, I am greeted by the staff with my FIRST NAME! Very pleasant experience – My fiance and I stopped in on a Monday to pick out my engagement ring. I knew what I wanted, but didn't know how to convey it very well. Erin had the utmost patience with me, allowing me to try on many different varieties, each time taking notes and tailoring her next selections based on my feedback. I finally found one I loved, and when she told me I would have to wait up to 4 weeks for it to be ready I was disappointed. Very happy customer! – I had a really nice experience at WDD - I sold a diamond that was very important to me and the staff listened and took good care of me. They were patient with my questions and worked hard to make sure I understood why their offer was what it was. It was a good, fair offer and I am happy to have sold my diamond to WDD. I highly recommend going to WDD to either buy or sell a diamond. They know their stuff and are very nice. I like their no pressure style. Thank you!!!!

Great service, great prices! – My husband and I decided to upgrade my engagement diamond and we went to Wedding Day Diamonds after many recommendations. The staff, especially Erin, was so friendly and helpful in answering all our questions. She is very knowledgeable about diamonds and she was very interested in our budget needs and what we were looking for. She asked the right questions and was patient while we made our decision. Great Experience, Great Customer Service – I bought my ring from Wedding Day Diamonds in Eden Prairie and had a great experience. Since my purchase I've had great customer service working with the manager Erin. I would highly recommend shopping at Wedding Day Diamonds and working with Erin at the Eden Prairie store.

Excellent Customer Service...Don is the BEST! – My boyfriend recently proposed and surprised me with a beautiful ring from Wedding Day Diamonds in Eden Prairie. I told him it was perfect. He told me that the salesperson (Don) was extremely helpful in the process of selecting my ring. The ring needed to be resized so I stopped in to Wedding Day and was greeted by Don. Terrific Service and Selection! Despite being married for 11 years I stop into Wedding Day on key celebration days like Mothers Day, Anniversary, etc. to pick up a little something special for my wife. The staff there is always great and really helpful to me. I'm a guy and despite thinking what my gal might like when it comes to jewelry I always ask for help.
