In short, Natalie was fantastic. But just to point her out would be a crime, as all the staff at the Maple Grove store were extremely understanding of what I was looking for for my proposal, they listened to what I thought I wanted, gave a few suggestions, and there it was... the best ring I could imagine for my (now) bride to be! This is the place to go, very helpful in explaining the diamond industry and explaining how to look at diamonds, good pricing as well. Brock was the sales manager that helped me and he was great. His staff was also very helpful. I am glad this is the first place I went based off of a recommendation from a friend. I will shop with wedding day even after I move to a different state.

I shopped for my engagement ring after Christmas and only about ten days before I wanted to propose. The day of my proposal, I went to the store first thing in the morning to pick up my ring, but it wasn't ready yet. I had other things to do, so they put my diamond in a solitaire and my salesman, Charlie, even offered to meet me in Minneapolis to get me the ring! Great experience! Would recommend to everyone. From the moment we walked in the door Lissy greeted us professionally and was very curious. She was not pushy at all like some of the other stores I've been at before that just go on and on about other things that do not even pertain to the ring like watches for example..... Make Wedding Day your only stop fellas... I went looking for an engagement ring last month and made multiple stops at Helzberg, Kay, Shane Co and Jared. Each of these stores had a gimmicky "cut" that was supposed to be far superior to any other brand. If you go to Wedding Day Diamonds in Maple Grove, Minnesota- I would ONLY recommend SHAUNA K. She is the most genuine, down to earth, friendly and most caring person there.(Plus!... Great Customer Service! I went to Wedding Day to buy an engagement ring for my girlfriend. I was greeted by Britanny. She helped me walk through their enormous selection of engagement rings. Everyone there was very helpful and educated me on diamonds and grading. They had me look at several diamonds and judge on my own what was important to me (size, color, clarity).
