We had Wecker's install laminate in our dining room. At the store my wife and I were impressed with all the kinds of laminate they had. We were able to find a nice look for a pretty good price. Jen was our salesperson and my wife and I found her very helpful, especially in selecting an area rug that would go great with the laminate we picked out. TERRIBLE – Had laminate flooring installed in my hallway and living room. One of the two workers knocked an Emmy award off a 7 foot high shelf, destroying it, along with 2 frames prints and another antique. The owner has never once called to express his concern, having a sales person call instead. The installers did a poor job installing my floor as well. VOTED NUMBER 1 FIVE YEARS IN A ROW – JUST A NOTE TO COMMEND THE TWO WORKERS THAT WERE AT MY HOME, EXCELLENT JOB WITH THE CARPET AND EXCELLENT PEOPLE SKILLS. THEY HAD TO PUT UP WITH TWO KIDS WHO WOULDN'T LEAVE THEM ALONE. LOL OUR KIDS LIKED THEM SO MUCH THEY CRIED WHEN THEY LEFT. WE JUST MOVED IN THE AREA AND WE DECIDED TO USE WECKER'S BECAUSE WE SAW IN THE PAPER THEY WERE VOTED NUMBER 1 IN FLOORING FOR FIVE YEARS IN A ROW. WE NOW KNOW WHY! AND YES THE FLOORING LOOKS GREAT!
Buyer Beware! These guys are the worst!!! – A short life for a new, upgraded carpet. You can see the layout of my subflooring beneath my carpet. The carpet now needs to be pulled and tucked, it's lifting and buckling in areas. It's a new construction carpet, residential home, no unusal carpet use, carpet is less than 5 yrs old.
