Just a note to say Thank you to Wecker's Flooring for providing outstanding customer service. We were dreading the thought of replacing carpet throughout our house. My husband and I had carpet and vinyl installed in our basement this morning. From the very beginning, we were guided through the selection process and Cody helped us to pick out a carpet and vinyl that flowed well with the existing flooring in our home. The team of gentlemen arrived promptly this morning and immediately set to work. Within 4 hours from start to finish, they installed all of the products we ordered. It was a nice treat after reason for daughters and the wear and tear traffic of six people two dogs and family Every employee I dealt with was very professional, personable and easy to work with. WECKERS FLOORING CENTER JUST INSTALLED MY WONDERFUL NEW VINYL FLOOR IN MY KITCHEN. I HAVE WORKED WITH THEM BEFORE ON A FEW PROJECTS. WE HAVE ALSO WORKED WITH OTHER FLOORING COMPANIES IN THE AREA, AND THOUGHT I WAS GETTING THIS GREAT DEAL, INSTEAD AFTER DOING SOME RESEARCH FOUND OUT I WAS GETTING A BETTER PRICE BECAUSE I WAS GETTING A LOWER GRADE PRODUCT WHICH THE NORMAL CUSTOMER SOMETIMES DO NOT REALIZE. Our 75 gal aquarium overflowed on to our 2 year old Wecker's installed carpet. Your installer Jerry was terrific. He came out at 7:00am on 12/12/13 to re-pad and re-stretch the affected carpet. He was so kind and efficient and did a great job. We got to put our christmas tree up in time for a family gathering later in the week . Thank you!! I hope you value your people as I cannot say enough about him and your company. It has been a pleasure working with Wecker's Flooring. We look forward to having more floor work done.

I dreaded looking for carpet because of my living room furniture and all the different rooms. Cody was so pleasant when I met him. I told him the colors, he picked out eight samples and told me to lay them down in each room and step back and look at them. That night I knew I had found my carpet. He made it so simple. He said he was going to be in the area in two days and would stop in. I hadn't told him I wasn't planning on getting the one bedroom done because it isn't used. My husband and I weren't sure where to go for new hardwood flooring. The home center and the liquidator guys had good prices and we were thinking of doing that, but one of our neighbors said we should try Wecker's. When we walked in they had a whole big section of the store just devoted to hardwood and they had a warehouse side with what they had stocked and the prices, thickness, etc. on there. we recently purchased new flooring for our kitchen & living room from your store. our sales person was cody. from the first ime i walked into the store i was treated with the utmost courtesy. i was very unsure of what i wanted & where i wanted it. cody walked me thru many possibilities, offering his opinion & his knowledge of the products available to me. i took many samples from the store and changed my mind often. he took the time to listen to me and hear what i was saying. because of this i feel i purchased the best floor... read more
