We have used WEC for over 20 years and always come back. Our technician, Randy, is prompt, professional, and personable. He goes straight to work to perform maintenance or repairs and makes sure to inform the homeowner about their unit, and what is in working order and what was in need of repair He is kind and considerate. He also pays attention to details!! Rather than leaving the hose on the ground, he traces it to where the homeowner keeps it and returns it to its’ proper place. Things like that make a difference. Came home at the end of the day, thinking about dinner and comfy clothes, and just before I stepped into the house from the garage, I felt a drip on my back. Looked up to find 3 foot saturated ceiling area that's dripping! In the attic, I find the spot of the AC that's saturated and leaking down, through the garage ceiling! Really??? At 4:00 PM I'm calling WEC, thinking of horrible possibilities, resulting in no AC until tomorrow.
