Had a very easy and enjoyable experience today with WEC heating and air. Logan came out was extremely helpful and very polite. He did everything that was asked plus some.
We have used WEC for over 20 years and always come back. Our technician, Randy, is prompt, professional, and personable. He goes straight to work to perform maintenance or repairs and makes sure to inform the homeowner about their unit, and what is in working order and what was in need of repair He is kind and considerate. Came home at the end of the day, thinking about dinner and comfy clothes, and just before I stepped into the house from the garage, I felt a drip on my back. Looked up to find 3 foot saturated ceiling area that's dripping! In the attic, I find the spot of the AC that's saturated and leaking down, through the garage ceiling! Really??? Amazing service! I called the office this morning with an issue and they were out here within a few hours to help. Logan and Mike were both very professional and explained everything to me and helped explain prevention for this issue for the future. Amazing company!
